Family and Friends Can Visit!

While on a senior mission, your family and friends are welcome to come and visit, even are encouraged to do so!  Recently our college daughter came and stayed with us for 10 days during her Christmas break. We enjoyed taking time off from the work to show Kristi the sights.

We spent the time going to Stanley Village and Market, Ladies Market, the longest escalator and Mid-Levels, the Peak, Ocean Park, the LDS temple and several Buddhist temples, Tai O Fishing Village, and much more.  It was great to have her here for Christmas and New Years.

How wonderful is it for family members and friends to be able to go see you while you are on a mission serving the Lord!  Some of the senior missionaries have grandkids come too - imagine the legacy of going to see your grandparents on a mission - what could that do for their growing testimonies?

And it's wonderful for the senior couples, too, to have family come visit!  A little piece of home!
